Park Millennium Condominium

I want to give this building 5 stars but a few things need to change. If changes are made, I will update my rating. Bought in 2020 and served on the HOA Board for 2 years. The building is great and there is opportunity to make it even better. Pros: Location, location, location Diverse, vibrant community Great value for price Cons: Elevator maintenance issues Parking garage maintenance and safety issues (Parking Garage is located under the building - owned and operated independent of building Need more communication and transparency to owners and renters.

Recently bought a unit here and have just been very happy with how the building is managed, how wonderful everyone that works here has been, and how kind the other unit owners/tenants are. Really excited to live here for a while! Location is unbeatable for the price. This building connects to the pedway system, is just across the street from Lakeshore East Park and Millenium/Grant Parks, and is just a few blocks away from tons of bus stops and the L for transit all across the city.

Gorgeous building and very well maintained. On my way out I overheard the (seemingly) manager of the building ream out her very kind and helpful staff..yikes. Outside of her impression on me I only have high praises for this lovely building so centrally located
