I had heard good things about them. We scheduled them for training, but had to cancel because our head of engineering announced he was leaving the day before training was to start. We deferred til we hired a new lead. We rescheduled and they demanded advance payment due to the prior cancellation. No problem. I submitted payment within 24 hours. I confirmed the expected receipt date with evidence 2 days later when Finance issued payment. Due to post office delays they hadnt received payment on time - no fault on either party. There was 10 days to receive it. They cancelled with no recourse. We offered to wire the money and their response was to decline the invite. If our intent was to screw them, Id get it. But we clearly sent the payment and were willing to speed up a wire to make sure we were fair. Anger and retribution have no place in business transactions

I recently completed the Certificate in Agile Practices Program at Northwestern University, where Anthony Mersino was the instructor for the classes I attended. Anthony brought his strong knowledge of agile concepts, his experience with coaching and supporting agile teams, as well as his humor to each of the classes. I gained an understanding of the benefits of adopting an agile mindset, of various agile frameworks (focus on Scrum), and of skills and techniques that I can use in working with agile teams. It was a great learning experience. I would highly recommend Anthony as an instructor or coach to anyone interested in learning more about agile.

I participated in 3 Agile training classes facilitated by Anthony at Northwestern University, they were all excellent! The courses were engaging, professional and they encourage collaborative learning. I would highly recommend!

Gary came to McDonald's Corp to provide us with PSM 1 training. To Gary - I just wanted to say that your class was hands down the best class I had attended. Just the way you approached the class and didnt read off slides but delivered the training in a real life / example kind of way, it was incredibly effective. I truly hope that I get the opportunity to take additional classes from you in the future!
