I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of work and professionalism from Rob. I am so glad I found him on google to repair the cracked screen on my Lenovo laptop. This is a laptop that I attempted to repair about 2 years ago at U Break I Fix, but they couldn't figure out how to properly repair it. They made the process so difficult, i decided to store it and just keep it with a cracked screen. After deciding to try again at getting it repaired, I found Rob on google, who thoroughly evaluated the laptop, found all the parts that were defective, and even had to re-correct a few additional items that were ruined by U Break I Fix during their attempt. Rob completely repaired all of the items that were defective with the computer in a very reasonable time. It looks like a brand new. Kudos to Rob!! I know where to return if I ever have any issues on any of my devices.

Went in for a basic service on my laptop, he figured out the issue was a faulty charger, sent me a link on where I could buy one, and charged me nothing for his time. He was very friendly, and though I would have been willing to pay for his time, it's clear he's going to be more than fair on what he charges. My wife has also had great experiences with his quality and affordability.

This has got to be the absolute best computer repair business in the world. Complete honesty, fast turnaround, flexibility, and best prices. I am thinking of breaking my computer soon just so I can go back.
