We have been working with Bill Himmelstein and TAG for several years. Initially, Bill assisted us in renegotiating the lease with our current landlord. We found TAGs team most helpful in securing a much more favorable lease rate along with several other concessions we never would have thought to request. Recently, since the Pandemic, our office staff has gone almost entirely remote. Even though there was no commission to be earned in this transaction, Bill volunteered to work with our landlord to assist us in reducing the size of our office. Bill is the most connected business person I know.
