Placed an order and they cancelled it because I didn't respond to their email two hours after they sent it. Zero consideration of other people's lives.

They had done a good job printing for me for a few years. Recently, we had a mix up with customer service, but Keith went above and beyond to fix things. They do good quality prints most importantly.

I have been using M13 for printing for nearly a decade. They always deliver a quality print! Whether it is posters, stickers, or most recently mesh banners to wrap a concert stage, I an always thrilled with the results. This recently opened location on Western provides the convenience of picking up jobs that are produced at their main facility in Schaumburg. At least for me, it is much more convenient than the city pickup location they had near Guaranteed Rate Field. The staff is very helpful. When there was an issue with a recent order of mine, they sent it back to the production facility and it was returned to the pickup location in under 24 hours!

Super fast to respond and were able to complete what I needed with a fast turnaround. Great customer service and did an excellent job with printing. Will definitely use them again!
