      We are so sorry this is happening and we would love to resolve this. We value our customers, their bussinesses, as well as their time and are determined to make this right. I am so sorry you felt rushed off the phone as that is not very considerate, and we acknowledge that. I have reached out over email in hopes to get this resolved in a timely manner so you receive your product. Furthermore to be fair your transaction is showing up as "pending" which means we have not taken the money and have no control over it. It will be erased in few days from your credit card statement as it does on declined transactions.. Thank you.
