8 out of 10 times I come here they are out of oat milk or brown sugar syrup or both at the same time. How do you have a drink on your menu that requires both of these items and yet you are always out of it? Whomever does the ordering for this store needs to respectfully get it together. Also they are very slow at getting drinks out. Im not talking about at the height of a rush, because trust me I understand the service industry. Im talking 2-3 people in the store and them taking 8-10 minutes to pour a cold brew. Its insane. They have zero sense of urgency and have attitudes.
