Hi Ana Venegas your husband Edgar Nino left a 1 Star review already .. coffee shops get busy and staff may may miss something sometimes , and orders don't get called right away. Upon checking you waited approx. 6 minutes for your 2 drinks. We checked the video and don't see the "attitude" you are speaking of. Your husband came to the counter (not you) and asked when your drinks would be ready and the barista asked the name located the drinks and apologized and handed them to him. We have served thousands of people over the years and assure you that race had nothing to do with your order not being called. We find that invoking the race card is totally inappropriate as it has no bearing on the service you received. In this instance it important for us to respond and be very clear that your account of events was not supported by our review. We understand that we fell short of your expectations, but are left to wonder if perhaps there is another motivation behind posting this review twice?
