        This location is the best in Chicago downtown and Chicago customer service is on point morning staff is the best !!!!!! and always know how to make my day with making my coffee correct all other Starbucks are failing with consistency of product and lack of good customer service Ive been to many locations downtown and North Chicago every time I order my drink taste disgusting and hot my drink is a Ice americano with a cold vanilla form the form needs to be precise when they make it and all locations Ive tried doesnt make this correct only 200 w Adams you guys are awesome morning shift thank you for your hard work and making my day with a perfect ice americano

        This location literally sells out of everything by 9am. Even Kind bars. Its absurd that they havent figured out how to order inventory appropriately.
