        I recently received my second custom tie order from Candor Threads. Katie was very helpful in organizing and processing everything for us. She kept us informed of any news regarding our order. We did have to work around the manufacturer's schedule (they were closed for the Chinese New Year). The ties are exactly as designed. We will continue to order from Candor Threads.

        Working with Candor Threads was an easy and collaborative experience. Katie regularly checked in and provided guidance as we needed it on how to approach our design and shirts overall. Their team worked hard to expedite our order to arrive by our deadline, and it ended up coming sooner than we anticipated. We will definitely be working with them again for our next shirt order!

        Candor Threads produced a great design for our event based on our promotional graphics and organizational logo and colors, were receptive to feedback, the production itself was timely, and the communication was excellent. They also did a good job to meet out non-profit needs within our non-profit budget. I would highly recommend them.
