        Hello from Texas! I have been shopping locally and online for me a Bogart style fedora hat for over a year. I ordered a hat in the same size as my numerous cowboy hats (straw and felt). I received my hat later last Spring and didn't have occasion to wear this Fall/Winter hat immediately. When I put it on, it was slightly too small. I contacted Hats Plus and they had me send it back and they sent me the next size up! Easy exchange! Customer service that is rare and unexpected. They stand behind their superior product AND company integrity! Thank you Thank you....I love my new hat!!
