    I ordered a dress. They sent a coat. I sent it back. A month later I still have not received my original order. I tried getting a refund but they could not give me one because they had a new label printed to send my original product out. I asked when I could expect to receive my order they said sooner or later. They had no supervisor available to discuss. It was the worse customer experience I have had even if the product is ok when I do actually receive it. I just want money back and will never by again.

    Truly the best shopping experience Ive ever had. I needed help matching a top with a skirt bought from a different store and when I asked for help- I received alllll the help. Margarita and Natalie gave me options, found the best colors for me, collaborated between each other and by the end of it I had more than I asked for in the best way. Also the clothes are very reasonably priced and so so soft. The best.

    I returned a pair of shorts that did not fit. A few days after I returned the shorts, I received the exact same shorts that I returned in the mail again, with no explanation or packing slip. I assumed the shorts were shipped twice in error. I tracked my return and saw that it was received, so after a week had passed, I reached out to customer service to inquire about my refund. I was then told that they did receive my return, however I returned the wrong item (this is false, I returned the correct item), so they shipped it back to me and would not be refunding me. I then explained that I had no other item to incorrectly return, and explained how I had received the shorts back, and they were the exact shorts I returned. I sent pictures of the shorts that I returned (and received in the mail again) and provided the packaging with tracking label where they sent the correct shorts back to me again. I was then told that they would at this point have to "check" to see if they could provide me a prepaid shipping label to return the shorts a second time AND it would likely take 3-5 days before they could give me an answer. I also never received an apology for the clear error. Then, the next day I actually received another package in the mail from Upwest. When I opened it, this one was filled with baby onesies from Old Navy (not mine) and this package had a letter in it stating that the wrong items were returned and therefore a refund could not be issued. So clearly, another customer accidently sent their Old Navy return to Upwest, but how my return got involved is beyond me. And now I still don't have my refund, I'm still waiting on my prepaid shipping label to send the shorts back again, and now I have 3 onesies from Old Navy and no baby. Very bad experience. I understand human error, and things happen, but I was never given an apology just told that I had done something wrong and therefore couldn't have a refund. Disappointing.
