Dolce & Gabbana

This is unbelievable. Me and my sister went shopping and stopped by the D&G salon and was uterly disgusted with the apperance of the security staff that was present there. His uniform was at least three sizes to big and dirty. How can u charge so much for items and not have your staff in suits and ties like they used to be last year. After experiencing such an infraction I will no longer be shopping at D&G ill be going to stores like prada and gucci who still remain professional. Invest in your staff like tou want to investbin your brand. They are the first impression of the retail experience.

I had previously given this store 1 star, and I am updating to 4 stars. The first time I came to this store, I was Really snubbed by the staff. I was looking for a specific pair of shoes that I saw on the website, and the lady who was practically on my heels following me around snidely replied, "Yeeeeah we only stock what's in current season." She was not interested in helping me at all. About a year later, I returned to this store looking for something specific that I couldn't find at the other stores that carry Dolce. I was in no mood to deal with snooty staff again so I immediately asked if they were carrying a specific dress, and the guy (Jerry) immediately said he knew what I was talking about and pulled a dress for me. He asked me what I was shopping around for, and he pulled a couple other items that he thought I'd like ... including an incredible top that I ended up buying. Jerry also went through the website, said he could order in some other items that I was interested in trying on, and was just generally far more helpful. If I had gotten that treatment a year earlier, I probably would've left with those shoes that I was interested in ... Anyways, so 5 stars to Jerry, I have his number and will be trying to work with him in the future. I have a better impression of the store now.

My first experience/purchase at Dolce and Gabbana on Oak St in Chicago and I have to say it was the WORST by far. I visited the store to purchase a pair of sneakers and Maria (sales associate) assisted me. They didn't have my size in store so she took my credit card and personal info and stated she would place the order with another store and follow up with a receipt and confirmation/tracking number of my order. I waited 24 hours and realized I had not heard back from Maria. I called her and she still had not processed my order shortly after we spoke she sent a receipt via text. I was told the shoes would be sent via FedEx directly to my home address. When I didn't receive the shoes I called the store and was told by Roxana that the shoe had arrived in the store. Again, no call. It's as if I had to do all the work, no one was doing their job efficiently. I had to keep following up with them instead of them keeping me informed of what was happening with my order. When you spend over $800 on 1 pair of Dolce and Gabbana sneakers you would expect quality customer service. All I received was a disingenuous apology from Maggie the store manager. They have to do BETTER!
