        I am from out of town, in Chicago for a convention. Stopped by at 6:50 on a Wednesday the week before Christmas and discovered the doors locked. Seriously, a retail establishment that closes at 7 on a weekday? The week before Christmas? Nordstrom Rack nearby got my business instead.

        Decent selection and well stocked, but not a customer-friendly shop. You have to walk upstairs if you want to buy something, and only one person on register on the weekend. Waited longer than I should have. Everything is way marked up, so they can mark it down. Chicago Outlet
