        Ive called the store 3 days in a row, left voicemails, and sent an email and they havent ever returned my call or email. Not the kind of service Id expect from a store that sells $1,500 coats

        The store staff is nice but the products are awful. I have bought 2 coats in the last five years, and the fabric of them completely wore and faded after only one season of wearing each. I went back to the CG warranty department thinking there was no way that these coats only last one season and was told this is completely normal. So now Im stuck with a second coat that costs over $1,000 and it looks like Ive had it for 10 years. I would recommend purchasing a different brand of coats.

        Went on a Thursday. Got great service!!! Was greated right away. Many of the staff checked up on me and many other shoppers. I'm guessing many of the reviews are outdated
