When I came in today to return my shoes that I bought last night grant the manger did not even look at the shoes and said no you cant return them when I asked why he replied if you dont leave the store I will call mall security then also started cursing at me to leave the store when I wasnt doing any harm and just trying to understand why I cant return the shoes when they are in perfect condition. Even the other lady working with grant thought they were in good condition but grant kept refusing to return with very bad tone and language.
