        Rag and Bone in Chicago is the best!! The people there are so friendly and helpful especially Rachel! Their clothes are reasonably priced for the top quality they are. I have had several pairs of jeans for more than 5 years and they still look like new!! Cant ask for the most genuine, caring staff EVER!!

        Poor customer service, the salesman seems more interested to look at himself in the mirror, than welcoming costumers

        I would say poor customer service if in fact I had experienced any, the 2 people working seem to be bothered by us walking in the store, no help offered and when I tried to get the attention of the cashier he just walked to the back of the store.
