Great staff. Amazing Alderwoman who cares and works hard to make Chicago the great city it deserves to be. I've called an few issues small and big and can say this office is on top things.

I was skeptical at first when they remapped and moved belmont cragin into her ward but i must say jessie has done a great job visiting us and making changes im very proud of her .

I was part of 26 ward ! The Old alderman staff unprofessional . We are now 36 ward .. But Jessies Staff are professional and helpful even though , Iam not part of their ward , due to re -map . they still assist ,They assist with basic questions makes me want to move to 26 ward this is how an office should be ran professional other ward offices are to lazy to get in the computer and check basic constituents questions, 36ward employees act like , they ARE the Alderman always , in meetings , unavailable . Anyone bows me I do t give up until , my questions are answered and the issue is resolved in a timely manner ! That is the Magic Word TIMELY But, Jessies Staff professional and are concerned and willing to help , even if the issue those not fall on her ward ! That should be a new thang help regardless , Jessie keep up the good work . I have to give recognition when its deserved . Same way , I would complaint .
