        Extremely disappointed went in there saying I was having difficulty with my yocan pens but of course that was the one I was encouraged to buy at an increased rate. I tried three different carts and bottoms all medicinal grade and they all said shorted. Called and came right back in. They used a very large CBD cart with after a lot struggle getting it in and out it was able to hit but I was unsatisfied with how difficult this product was to use and they refused a refund. Would not recommend buying without using products first.
