We are expecting our first babies as a couple and we came to the store to get our baby seats. Alyssa was super helpful with a return we made right after the purchase due to the color. She helped us get the right color we wanted and ordered one of the seats online for us, she also gave us great information about coupons and savings! This I store has awful costumer service I saw them helping another couple getting the uppavista they where so nice to them when I asked questions I didnt get the same treatment idk if it was because I got something cheaper then they didnt had what I wanted but she told me that they didnt have the travel system and to get it separate the car seat was 119 tuts out when I take it to the front it was 260 and theyre like only display is 119 but is not for sale so why do they put 119 it is not 119 Then I purchased my travel system only just to get my order get cancelled and they telling me it was because my card was fraud and that the bank canceled it but it wasnt my bank it was them babies r llR us was so much better I missed it

Why did they close down the one in Orland Park, Ummm Very wierd to me. I live out South, why should I go this far, Very distrubing.
