This is where neighborhood Karens go to shop. I was told to get out after I was let into the store because it was a private event. It looked like a bunch of old women complaining about how inconvenienced they were by the simple people around them. I overheard women complaining about how homeless people bother them too much in the streets of Lincoln Park. Anyways, I wanted this pretty bag I saw in the window. Im not sorry for the shirt my daughter and threw back on your over privileged shelf. Shame on all of you. We got rid of Neo for this?

Bought a dress here for an event. The event never happened and I never even took the dress out of the packaging so I went in to return the dress. When I explained that I wanted to return, the girl at the counter goes "oh you know it's only for store credit right?" No I was never informed at all during my time shopping or checking out that returns were only store credit. No one ever explained to me the return policy. When you're stuff is expensive and the target market is juniors, that should absolutely be communicated to the customer PRIOR to purchase. When I complained to who I believe to be the owner, said "it's on the receipt" Oh so you tell people they cant get their money back only AFTER they give you their money?? Then when I told them they should be communicating that to their customers she rudely and almost mockingly said "okay" and brushed me off. She's unprofessional and greedy. As someone who has managed and worked at multiple retail stores, I am aware this is a VERY sneaky and shady way of doing business.

Ive been to frankies on the park twice. I love their clothes and everything they have. I felt very judged walking in. The lady would follow me and my friend on our tail through the whole store. She also would eye roll at us whenever we wanted to try something on. I was looking for my little sister in the little girls, and she told me i couldnt be in there because nothing would fit me. She was extremely rude and awkward telling me i didnt fit something right. Otherwise there clothes were cute.
