        Amazing spicy chicken especially when you dip it in the gravy. The chicken is very crispy and flavorful, and the dough rice and fries are decent sides as well. I recommend getting the fried chicken for the best experience

        Service are slow. They said to wait 5 mins but truly not. Orders are 3 pc burgersteak but only gave 2pc as still cooking for the rest of it. Sauce of burgersteak is like a teaspoon as theyre short of sauce. What happened Jollibee?

        I travel 4 hours from Iowa to Chicago to eat in your store, i take out 6pcs of bucket chicken and when i got home i only received 5pcs!!!! My gosh! Be fair, you all worked and were hungry and then it's not enough!

        Waited 40 minutes for a 6 pc chicken bucket with 2 sides - mashed potatoes and adobo rice along with a pineapple quencher. The drink was missing. So i went back and waited a while in line to get the drink. Then i realized i also had the adobo rice missing but i had already left the store by then. My fault for not checking for extra missing items as well. Tried calling about it and they didn't pick up the phone. I noticed that multiple people had issues (when I first went up about the drink) with their orders constantly missing items as well and were going back to the counter. I was in the wrong for not checking everything once again. But I'm just dissatisfied with the service and lack of efficiency/thoroughness when it comes to the orders. Missing multiple items isn't the best. Food-wise. It's average food. Not mind-blowing. Peach pies are always good though
