First time here. Rating can change but for it being my 1st, I was impressed. Service was fast and staff was nice. Got home and chicken was very juicy.

Made an order for pick up the other day and cashier told my husband his wife picked it up....impossible I was at work. They refused to remake it..bc again they claimed I picked it up. They then said someone else must have picked it up. They had 1 hour left until closing. This owner and his staff are a joke.

This is my second time coming to this location and its ALWAYS something! I went once before and they were closed 20mins before there closing time. Tho the light(s) were still on. Todays shenanigans is 10mins on tenders! That bs! I understand there cook to order but everything not being cooked to order. This is unreal! Its simply that they wont to cook anything! Ill never be back there again. If I could give no starts I definitely would

My food arrived 30 minutes late and it was cold, and I was missing two pieces of chicken and order of extra Fries. Called the restaurant and the person I spoke to was rude hang up on me

Worst drive-thru employee ever. You pull up and ask for a second to look at the menu and she says "what", then when you repeat yourself she yells "I HEARD YOU". Instantly I left and went to eat at the wendys across the street. I don't know her name but i saw her in the window and she was fat and black. Highly recommend firing her because shes openly costing you business.
