Chef Charles came to our home and gave my wife the best anniversary gift ever! His food and wine pairings were exceptional. Everyone was "wowed" by this experience. During these very challenging times, Chef Charles not only provided wonderful food and wine, but truly wonderful entertainment and company. I'm very grateful we could share our kitchen and home with you!
