        I recently bought a new vehicle at this dealership. Part of the deal was a towing kit that I needed for the new car. The vehicle that I traded in also had proper towing gear. When I picked the car up I noticed that no electrical cord to supply the trailer with electricyty was installed. When I complained I was told that I could purchase the electrical connection at an additional expense. I felt betrayed and was fooled to believe that North City Honda would install usable towing gear. Now I am glad that I didnt buy a service package at this dealership although they pressured me hard. I will not give North City Honda the opportunity to fool my twice.
