Worst dealer ever, they told me to get the drive and style and then to wait a month and submit it basically telling me to commit fraud,l. Then when I tell them that drive and style does not cover it and when drive style found out what they were mad. Called this dealer back they told me they will get me a refund, well it's been 7 months still no refund. These guys are crooks and just all around shady ppl do your business elsewhere

Joe Ayala is quite personable. On the phone he did not feel at all like a "used car salesman" and in person he was even more likeable. He was patient with me and helped to get me a reasonable deal.

This was my second time coming in to buying a car. But this first time buying it on my own. I had the pleasure of working with a woman by the name of Janelle. She was great. Her customer service she provided was 5 stars. She really helped me with the process, along with helping me for more excited than nervous. (Which I appreciate) I want to thank Edgar a manger there that was helping us with numbers. I am walking out a happy with all that had taken place. Definitely will be coming back for a 3rd time, when it's time. Thank you guys!!!! I am so happy with my new 2024 Chevy Trax.
