Service terrible run from Can't fix thing without BMW of Germany giving them step by step directions. Guess what they can't follow instructions. Mayor engine repair 1/2019 ( Milage 108456) $2831 my cost with BMW contributing. around $1200 then 1/2021 engine issue again I PAY $4707 ( milage 115262)BMW because there kind lol around 1000. Car ENGINE SEAZE AFTER 2000 miles cost of repair $12, 909. BMW And Perillo offered 2400 towards repair. REAL JERKS. They take zero responsibility. READ FINE PRINT ON THERE SERVICE AGREEMENT. WE TAKE ZERO RESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS OUR WORKMEN-SHIP. no warrinties Seriously Jiffy lube is better. And that was not only engine repair. Constant repairs over 6 years. RUN FROM PERILLO. FYI they knew I was disabled veteran. In my onion they took advantage of me.

I think the workers here are just lazy. I can for two things, 1) verifying the miles on my car for an odor-meter disclosure statement .They ended up passing me around different departments a lot, and printed me the data from my key which includes the miles on my car. But, this is not the same thing as a odor-meter statement. 2) I asked if car wash was open which the service guy said "car washes are3 for services only", which i feel is a lie and he is just too lazy to take my car for a wash. Also, leaving the garage was a bit difficult for me. I was stopped right the exit garage door where I was asked for a receipt. How come the car in front of me was able to pass easily without any questions or proof of payment? Either they were being racist or judging me for being really young to be at a place like BMW. I don't know what this man was implying nor his intention when asking for a receipt, but i was shocked to experience this. Even after telling the man I did not get any service done on my car he seemed hesitant to let me go.
