Last week I went to Genesis of Oak Park for my first scheduled maintenance on my 2023 GV80. The staff was very professional and I was pleasantly surprised that service was done sooner than I expected. I am very happy that I chose this vehicle and Im also satisfied with the service at Genesis of Oak Park. I plan to be a repeat customer.

Car was not new car detailed. I had to clean the interior and windows as well as some glue on the car Michael Vaughn cleaned more off. Car is still missing the door lock cover on th drivers door. The genesis smart key does not work and genesis wants the nav software updated. The first attempt with genesis to get the smart key to work involved resetting the head. Now the wireless phone charger does not work. There was not a second key delivered with the car. Once it was found. Upon trying to use it it does not work. Michael Vaughn and the sales managers were very polite. The new car delivery and setup has been below expectations.

I have to take the time out to give a shout out to Zuly! She was absolutely patient and straight forward with me. If I could clone her I would. She asured me that I was going to ride off in a nice new vehicle and indeed trusting her word I did; A 2024 vehicle. I totally love my new car! Zuly even gave me a follow up call making sure that I was enjoying the vehicle. That right there showed so much compassion to me. Thanks again Zuly. Youre the best!

I Had the best customer service ,Here at Genesis of oak park . I Was in the market for a new vehicle and Zuly Martinez was my sales person , The experience with her was top tier . She helped me get my dream car and was very professional. Overall great experience, couldnt have gotten a better deal without her . Thank You!
