Horrible communication and repair service location. I towed my daughter vehicle to this Mazda location on last Thursday. Manager lied and told me a technician is looking into the issue on Thursday and I would receive a call once car was pulled into a bay by 3pm. Its Saturday and still no technician has looked into the problem nor did I receive a return call with an update. I called for an update on Thursday and Saturday. Extremely poor communications, a complete waste of time. I arrived to pick up a loaner I requested and find the car is still in the same place it was dropped. Clearly a waste of time. I towed my vehicle again to a suburban Mazda dealer to effectively and efficiently address the repair. Regardless of warranty, Insurnace or cash repair a paying customer should NEVER wait 3 business days for diagnosis and follow up! I will never return for service or sales at this local dealer! Be aware.

I was just been there for my Mazda CX-9 fuel pump recall replacement and I had been only disappointed from the service I dont write a lot of reviews but here it is after the service they told me that they accidentally scratch the car so plus for that but anyway service manager said that they will fix it professionally so I have to leave the car for two days, at the end when I return to pick up my car I just noticed they only put the paint touch up professionally fixed it!!! Nice and the manager said it if close the door no body will see it and on top of it my car was so dirty that I had to spend 4h to clean it. The manager seems to be angry at me because I complained and told me he will contact the professional body shop and cover the cost to fix my car by Monday but today its Wednesday and no call at all. I do not recommend this Mcgrath City Mazda to anyone! Stay away!

My first experience for car service was 5 stars, that's why I was confused coming the second time. I originally requested George, but he seemed very stressed and passed me on to Jordan. I asked for a full tail light part replacement, but the guy seemed lost in what to put into the system so I went back to make sure he understood. George rudely asked me if anybody on the team even checked if the part was available, but that didn't seem like a customer responsibility, but rather a lack of insight on their end. Then, they quoted me $600 when the part is no more than $200. After saying I don't want to proceed, they had me waiting in the lobby for 30 min. I asked where my car was and he said "It's right outside. Why didn't you get your car?" when they had my keys behind the counter the whole time. Bad attitude and training. I also feel bad for how they treat Jordan. I could also hear the back and forth dialogue between employees, and the manager was loudly blasting angry customer phone calls on speaker in the office. I called another Mazda dealership in Evanston and will be getting it fixed for $200.
