I recently had a disappointing experience with Perry, the General Manager at Napleton Aston Martin. As a top salesperson in the automotive industry, I understand the importance of professionalism and courtesy when dealing with colleagues and customers. Unfortunately, Perry fell short in these aspects during our interaction. I reached out to Perry politely to inquire about obtaining a window sticker for a car that was sold at Napleton Aston Martin. Instead of receiving assistance or even a polite decline, Perry responded rudely and dismissively, telling me to go elsewhere and showing no interest in helping. What was even more shocking was that he abruptly ended the conversation by hanging up on me. This kind of behavior is simply unacceptable, especially in a professional setting. Regardless of the circumstances, there is no excuse for treating someone with such disrespect and discourtesy. Had Perry simply stated that he couldn't assist me, I would have understood and respected his response. It's disappointing to encounter such unprofessionalism from a General Manager, especially in a reputable dealership like Napleton Aston Martin. While this one-star review reflects my negative experience with Perry, I acknowledge that this does not reflect the dealership as a whole. Every organization has its exceptional staff members, but unfortunately, Perry's actions overshadowed any positive aspects of my interaction with Napleton Aston Martin.
