Over the weekend, I visited a business called Northside Sounds, to have a remote starter installed in my car. I was thoroughly impressed by their hospitality and professionalism. When I arrived, I was greeted by Christian, who was very polite and patient. He took the time to explain in great detail all the options available for the remote starters. After leaving my car there for the installation, I had complete confidence in the option I had chosen and the service being provided. About three hours later, I received a call notifying me that my car was ready for pickup. When I arrived to pick up my car, Christian walked me through the new remote's functions. He even went the extra mile by having me try the remote starter myself and gave me directions on how to insert my car key properly when the remote starter is on to prevent future car complications. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants to install a remote starter in their car.

I am so disappointed and aggravated on how much i have spent and the inconvenience they have caused me. I took my car here for a car alarm and after i got my car back there was so many things going wrong with it after. SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND PROBLEMS AND DO NOT GO HERE!!
