Overhyped place. I was trying to study but loud music and bad WiFi wasn’t helping me at all. Also I bought this green smoothie tasted like 1 whole avocado and 20 ml orange juice. Don’t recommend it. 2/5

Foxtrot old town is my go to! They have great coffee, wine, food, and an overall unique and high quality selection of products. But I wanted to take the time to call out a fabulous employee, Kayla! Our coffee machine broke last week so I’ve been utilizing my free coffee from the perks program all week. I only have time to go pick up when I’m walking my dog and cannot take him inside so Kayla has been so kind to bring it out to me everyday! She’s so friendly and definitely giving the Foxtrot brand a great name! Thanks, Kayla!

Love everything all the unique food items at this store. I really hate that the staff is slow when processing/making orders. They fail to announce what is in the order that way you can distinguish if they gave you the proper order.

Staff is rude and pompous. I have been using foxtrot for years since the concept was launched. I can get over the fact that everything is extremely overpriced but what I can’t get over is the attitude of the staff who work there (specifically the Well’s and North Ave location) EVERY time I’ve gone in there I have been met by a cashier who acts as if you are personally inconveniencing them by asking them to do their job. Obviously customer service isn’t for everyone, but if you’re going to hire people to be the final representation of your brands, you should make sure they are actually people persons and don’t treat the customer with disrespect or talk down to them like they are better. Also this location in particular is a super spreader location the way they over pack the place and the staff keeps their masks hung down below their chin. Avoid this location at all costs!
