        Always out of something which I understand happens. But the website is never updated with what is out of stock because the last few times I’ve ordered, consecutively, they’ve had to call to tell me whatever I ordered is not available and then issue me a refund. I’m more than happy to come in for my pick up and select something else of equal or lesser value that IS available. Staff is friendly, but guest service and protocol could use some work.

        Orders often arrived late. One order took three hours. Inventory isn’t updated in real-time, so on one order of 6 items they only sent 3 available items. Last order, all the cookies were frozen solid, and they confirmed their baked goods are frozen. Tried their branded ice cream once and it tasted like chemicals. Not going to continue paying a premium for low quality frozen food.

        Their thai curry bowl is 🔥🔥 . I appreciate their helpful customer assistance. I highly recommend this Foxtrot location for anyone who lives in Uptown or Lakeview neighborhood. 👍
