The staff was rude. They acted as if they didn't want to be bothered with me. I went in 1hr before closing for a coffee. They didn't want to hold conversation or even make eye contact. When I asked for a latte the person standing in the back said they didn't have anymore coffee without so much as looking up. I'll never go back and subject myself to such rude behavior.

Place lacks productive and effective leadership. Management can be slow and at times lack luster to put their talent first instead of favoring the yes person. How about treat your valuables with more care and you'll start to retain some. The store carries a wide array of cool and trendy products both local and nationally recognized brands. Wines are a must and the coffee is decent. Has a lot of upside potential if priorities are made clear and direction is followed.

Ive ordered from Foxtrot since literally the day they opened. I met the founder before they had even started their business, long before they even had storefronts and were purely a delivery service. I also live down the street from two locations, so for a decade now Ive been ordering multiple times a week. I cant imagine the thousands upon thousands of dollars Ive spent with this company. Unfortunately tonight marks the last time that happens. For a few years now theyve been terrible. They never get the order right. Theyre supposed to call when theyre out of stock to see if you want any substitutions, but they never do. Instead you wait for unknown wait times that can sometimes be exorbitant only to get the wrong order. By then its too late to order from anywhere else. In the past I would deal with this because, as a review below noted, it sometimes results in free food. Tonight however, they not only messed up my order by not including the main item, but then the one item they did provide was a charcuterie board that was clearly expired. The prosciutto and salami were legitimately grey. Im just over it at this point. Given the crazy high prices they charge for standard items you can find anywhere else, its just not worth it anymore when you can go with the quick delivery times of Instacart and GoPuff instead. Order at your own risk. Prepare to be disappointed.

Um..8 dollars for 2 skimpy "carnitas" tacos??..more like CARNITA..1 tiny bit of meat per taco.Come on guys.
