Working with Collabera was a positive experience. My recruiter was very knowledgeable, thorough, and communicative from beginning to end, which was refreshing and different from other firms I have worked with in the past. I was considered for three Sr Project Manager positions before receiving an offer, and I appreciated that the recruiter and Account Manager always stayed in communication with me and provided feedback in a timely manner. I plan to work with Collabera exclusively when my contract is up.

Great place to work, everyone is very professional. I've worked here for close to 5 months and I have enjoyed working in the IT sales/staffing industry through Collabera. There is a ton of opportunity for growth personally and professionally!

Very Unprofessional I was recruited through Collabera and both myself and the client company was very unsatisfied. Within the first month I and the company had no point of contact because the main account manager left the company with no one to take over. They outsourced all their payment team and time sheet time somewhere so no one in the Chicago office or their outsource team knows what's going on or picks up your call. They are constantly late in payments or don't pay you at all or having issues with billing on both the company's side and paying the recruit. I had a one year contract and my company decided to break the contract because they didn't want to deal with them no more so was 3 months shy of my contract but luckily the company managed to keep me through another party.
