I ordered my wedding dress from the Etsy account. Catherine was amazing to work with. Their listings were very transparent and let me know what to expect. Ups returned my dress by accident and Catherine immediately rush shipped it back to me at no additional charge. Even with this delay it was 2 weeks early. Everything about the packaging was stunning. The dress was wrapped up securely. Personalized thank you note and care instructions. The dress. The dress is beautiful. Even my tailor raved about the workmanship that went into it. She said the work was very impressive and incredibly well made. So 10/10 amazing job. I cannot wait to get married in it. (I did order one size up just in case of weight fluctuation- I wasnt sure if the fabric would let out as easily as it would take in)

100% absolutely recommend not only this dress, but the company as a whole!! I was so sure I would never find a company that had more non-traditional styles in plus-size options but was totally shocked and in love when I found Flora & Lane! I needed to buy a dress off the rack but wasnt sure if I would be able to, so I sent an email and crossed my fingers. They got back to me so quick with options and allowed me to do a try on in store. The wonderful person who helped me was amazing, finding other dresses that I never considered and helping me into them. I found my absolute dream dress and I cannot wait to get married in it!!! Thank you so much to everyone who helped me!!!

You look at the dresses on the website, and you might wonder if those dresses can really that pretty in person. They absolutely are. The mini dresses float like a dream, and the customer service is above and beyond. I'm so, so happy to have found Flora & Lane. EDIT: Now there are wedding pics to show off! I wore the Celeste gown down the aisle, and the Mini Aster for the reception. Endless compliments all night and afterwards - I felt like a goddess.

The dress shopping experience is magical! The showroom is super clean and friendly. It's a one-on-one appointment that will make you feel like a princess. They are in no way pushy and just want you to have fun! Would recommend to any bride looking for something unique.

The dress was perfect! I purchased it almost a year before the wedding without ever trying it on. Sizing was spot on. I am so happy with how bold and beautiful it was. Would highly recommend checking out all of their unique and gorgeous dresses.
