Honey Bridal

I had been following Honey on social media for a while when I heard about their sample sale. I love their dresses and aesthetic online, and I knew I just HAD to come shop here. I run a bridal shop myself and was a little nervous being the bride in the appointment this time around, but I truly had an amazing time! The fitting room set up is intimate and beautifully decorated. Their selection of dresses even just for the sample sale were unique and gorgeous. The entire staff was warm and welcoming, and so relaxing to work with. I drove from Michigan for my appointment with Honey and I am so glad I did! Ladies go book your appointment!

I said YAS to the Dress at Honey! Came here with my future mother in law to help me find THE wedding dress. Hallie is so friendly, helpful, and patient during my sample sale visit. Even though the regular collection wasnt available, there were plenty of pretty dresses on the rack. When Hallie brought a few dresses for me to try on, I instantly fell in love with the first one I tried on. I knew it was the right one for me because when I tried on other wedding dresses, I couldnt stop glancing at the first dress I tried on. I cant wait to wear my wedding dress on my special day next summer!! Big thank you to Hallie for helping me out!

I have nothing but the most amazing praise for Honey Bridal! Dana went above and beyond to work with the designer to make sure that my dress was absolutely perfect! They have a beautiful store and a fantastic selection of gowns to choose from. Two sisters own the shop and they were both so kind and helpful!

Wedding dress shopping has been arguably the most stressful part of wedding planning, until I walked into Honey. I came with two of my bridesmaids, and we had an absolute blast (so much so that one of my bridesmaids made an appointment for her dress a few weeks later). During my dress shopping process I went to a few other bridal salons, and none of them are like Honey. The vibes are unmatched and the dresses are so unique. Samantha was my stylist and she made sure to take note of what I was liking, what I wasn't, and we quickly found the perfect, and I mean PERFECT dress for me. I cannot describe how comfortable I was there. The staff felt like long time friends, and the private room with complimentary wine made us feel at home. Fast forward 5 months, my dress came in early, and it is just as amazing as the day I tried it on. It came with this cute card and garment bag, I just couldn't be more happy with my experience. THANK YOU HONEY Pro tip: buy one of their house made candles. It's so cute and one of my favorite candles ever

Folks, this is the holy grail. I found it. And you need to come here. I don't even have the words to describe what an incredible experience I had at Honey. But my attempt is going to be long-winded, so buckle up lol. Let's start by calling a spade a spade, this place is just cool. Sister-owned, a focus on sustainable independent designers, super intentional inventory - founders Hallie & Dana have created a gem within the bridal-wear world. But even though I was in love with Honey's vibe (and inclusivity, hello extended sample sizes!) when I booked, I didn't think I would find my dress here. I thought I wanted lots and lots of sparkle and appliqus etc etc and I could tell from Instagram that their collection was generally a little cleaner. On top of that, it ended up being my last appointment out of four, I arrived late because of traffic, and I had already gotten emotional at a gown earlier that day. So basically just a sea of potential distractors. Didn't matter one bit. Samantha, my dream stylist, brought us into the cutest bridal suite I've ever seen. Mine and my fianc's names were up on this little board on the wall. I know that seems like such a little touch, but it made an enormous an impact. It was also perfect foreshadowing to how personalized the rest of the appointment would be. Samantha let us walk through the boutique and look at all the dresses. When I tell you the gasps were audible as we sifted through the stunning, unique fabrics and shapes... it was a full store of dresses I hadn't encountered anywhere else. Turns out we didn't even need the walkthrough, because Samantha had already pulled a bunch of dresses for me. I was FLOORED by every. single. one. And maybe even more than the dresses, I was floored by Samantha. I realized a couple minutes in that she had actually read all the gibberish in my inquiry form, most of which I didn't even remember. She then continuously referenced it throughout the appointment. Like, what?! And not just basic stuff like "I found you a veil for your church wedding." She described how she thought to pull X dress because I mentioned this wedding vibe, and was so looking forward to showing me Y dress because of this niche aesthetic detail. She referenced such specific and thoughtful stuff (and got excited about it with me!!) that I had an actual lightbulb moment. She inadvertently reminded me what I originally wanted to feel like in THE dress, way back before I got into the thick of shopping. After trying on 7 dresses, all in sizes that fit my body, any of which I would've been comfortable purchasing, she put me back in the one I'd had the strongest reaction to. She pulled all these little elements together to customize it just slightly, and when I looked in the mirror, I instantly burst into tears. I didn't think that would happen at ALL, and I know it was because Samantha made me feel really, really understood. It was the best, and I am SO over the moon to be a Honey Bride :) I'll update as the process continues (if Google lets me have more words lol), but I just couldn't wait to leave a review.
