Dress was not here by the date it was supposed to be here. People at the store and management ignored calls (for almost 2 weeks) and emails and when they did respond, they couldnt tell me where my dress was. This type of horrendous service should not happen anywhere. If you dont want a bunch of unnecessary stress before your big day, go elsewhere. RUN.

Even though I didnt get my dress from here I would recommend it to anyone. Kate was fantastic to work with and made my experience with my friends and family really special! They have an amazing selection of gowns as well!

Yesterday was such a wonderful day filled with memorable moments that I'll cherish forever. I had the pleasure of accompanying my daughter and soon-to-be daughter-in-law as they were on the hunt for the perfect dresses. Bridal stylists were absolutely amazing to work with - their professionalism and expertise truly made the experience even more enjoyable. Not only did they offer great advice and suggestions, but they were also incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire process.It was so heartwarming to see my daughter and her partner so happy and excited as they tried on different dresses, imagining what their special day will be like. The bond between them and the ladies helping us made the experience even more special, and I am grateful for their kindness and support.I truly appreciated how the team went above and beyond to ensure that my daughter and her partner felt comfortable and confident during the fitting. They were not only attentive to their needs and preferences but also provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere that put us all at ease.As the day came to an end, I couldn't help but feel grateful for the amazing time we had together. To the ladies who assisted us, I want to express my sincere thanks for all that you did for us. Your passion, expertise, and kindness were truly appreciated, and we are looking forward to working with you again soon!

Horrible customer service after the store messed up my customized dress! It was confirmed that certain customizations could be done to my gown. I went ahead and waited the 6 months to receive my gown, only to pick up a gown with no customizations done (3 months before the big day)
They said it previous stylists mistake as it wasnt possible to do that customization. They tried to tell me we actually got exactly what I paid for since at least I didnt get charged for the customizations (that I was expecting with my order)
No refund, no return, and they ghosted me for over 3 weeks.I had to buy a last-minute wedding dress off the shelf due to this high-end, customizable shops mistakes. Very disrespectful considering the price point, their business model, and the sensitive nature of a wedding.
