        Just tried to sell five books back to the bookstore that I bought within the past year, they only accepted two for about 10% of the original price and made me wait 45 minutes while they figured out the cash register. At no point was I given a proper apology, or told how much longer the wait would be. The bookstore has never been timely, and the general manager Brandon has been passive aggressive to me in the past. I love loyola and Id be happy to buy more from the bookstore if it wasnt repeated offenses, but theyve lost my trust and my dollar. Also, why no school of sustainability merch? Make the bookstore better for students, not for the rude staff of this establishment. Sell your books online and buy your textbooks on second hand websites.
