        The rope from my Hunter Douglas shades broke off. The rep at Hunter Douglas told me that the shades are too old and I should just replace them. I decided to take them to the Blinds Gallery. Scott was very helpful and explained everything. He had the blinds fixed in under an hour and did not charge me very much. I was very impressed with the service and Scotts professionalism and knowledge. Will only come here goring forward for my blind needs.

        Brought my blinds for repair in from Hunter Douglas that wouldnt close anymore. Had the best customer service. They were able to fix my blinds same day and the repair price was fairly reasonable. Would absolutely recommend and will be a repeat customer! Extremely friendly and kind.

        Called, left voicemail, no return. Came in the store just to ask a general question and older guy was dismissive and acting like I was dumb for asking some of my questions. He had another family in there with them that I was willing to patiently wait for him to be done to help me but it just felt he just wanted me gone quick so he can help these customers that were looking to buy blinds when all I was trying to do was fix mine. Made me feel like a nuisance. Thanks dude.

Blinds Gallery employs and trains on-staff installers that take immense pride in their work. We even have are own fabric work room for custom roman shades and drapery.
