        *** PROTECT yourself if they are the 'buyer's' representation *** This law firm does not perform due diligence when calculating the real estate escrow on closing. This firm did not ask any questions regarding tax exemptions on the property when the contract was written (to their benefit). Instead wording was put in to collect 105% then still allow them to come back months later to get even more. As a result, this law firm came back 7 months after the sale (we believe he is related to the buyer) and suddenly asked for $2k more for taxes because they didn't calculate it correctly in the first place. If you see this firms name on any contracts, beware!
