The head teller and the younger female teller go above and beyond. The personal and caring professional manner is what you want when performing financial transactions. These professionals cant do enough to always offer assistance . I am most impressed with the community feeling and caring style that Wintrust provides.

When I walked into the bank, I was greeted by the nicest guard who got a cup of water for me. Michael daniels was beyond helpful and answered my questions in a way that made me knowledgeable about my new account. If I could give a higher rating, I would!!

This branch made me sure I NEVER want to bank with Wintrust ever again (customer for 15 years). Went from wanting a high-interest savings to not even worthy of being my third bank in one visit. Issue #1: Figure out your "chartered situation". #2 Your security guy was disrespectful after I calmly expressed my displeasure to the branch manager. Security guy, I hope someday you work two weeks and someone denies you access to your money. You were seeking confrontation as I walked out the door. Letting someone walk out without running your mouth might be a good idea. Someday you'll get the confrontation you want , but that's a weird way to live your life bud. Look at yourself in the mirror. You should directly apologize to me if you are a professional/ real man!
