        This doesn’t even deserve any star had to put it on to make a review. Maria open my business account and mess up the whole account she lost my ID my account is on hold due to something that she caused never admitting her wrong doings now I need to go back to the branch to give her my ID once again but now the branch is temporary closed she’s very unorganized and very unprofessional if you need to see a banker please don’t let it be her I assure you that something will go wrong. She’s so confused and can’t admit fault good luck with this branch.

        I was warmly received and assisted.. They spoke slow and clear through their masks. And you could tell they were friendly smiling as they HELPED me CONTINUAL on with all my NEEDS there. Chase has never received me unkind or unwilling to assist me as my NEEDS are moved from "good morning to enjoy the rest of your day". Thanks I needed to say how much I appreciate a service company serving me...
