        The bank tellers are great! However new the manager is not. I needed some papers notorized, and I was told the wait would be 20 minutes. The manager kept going long and after a 1 hour wait, she saw me. After I sat down to get the 1 page notorized, she told me she can't notorized the documents because she's not allowed to notorized IDs. If this was the case, I could have been told that from the beginning and saved me 1 hour. Terrible experience. I typically come here often given the proximity to my home, but this interaction is making me rethink that.
