        Had my front brakes recently done at Supermax. Today I had a flat tire and went to put on the spare only to find out that Supermax had not replaced the key for my locking lug nuts so I couldn't remove my front tire. Called Supermax and the guy there said that they had a "shelf" of lug nut keys (apparently this happens often) and they wouldn't be able to find which was mine. Now I need to have Volvo Roadside Assistance TOW my car to Volvo Oak Park to get the wheel off and replace the tire. Such a disappointment from an auto service place I'd previously recommended

      Hello, I'm sorry for your unfortunate situation & the fact you had to have your vehicle towed in to the Volvo dealer to replace your wheel lock key. I did look up your name on file along with your phone number & I see your vehicle was repaired well over 5 months ago (9/22/23). Although we are human and do forget things at times as we stated over the phone I don't believe your wheel lock key was forgotten/or left here. If we would have found your wheel lock key after you had left we would have definitely contacted you that we have it here. As I have access to you Name & Number on file. I don't believe we have/or forgot your wheel lock key. As per your comment in regards to having "multiple" Wheel lock keys on a "Shelf" there might have been a miss understanding as there is only 1 key from a previous customer was informed and has not yet picked up there key. Once again I am sorry for your unfortunate situation & hope it was resolved if there is anything we can do please don't hesitate to contact us.Best RegardsManagement.
