I highly recommend Auto Repairs 4 Less--this is the best auto mechanic I have used while living in Chicago over the past 15+ years! I have tried gone to a few mechanics throughout the northside while owning 4 different, very-used, older cars. These guys really do provide reasonably priced car service and I have also been very impressed with their level of work and and customer support. I have taken two different cars here for service over the past 5 years, first at their Lakeview location and then when they moved west to Kedzie. I have had everything from oil changes and tire rotations to catalytic converter replacement, brake jobs, AC system repair, and a last minute emergency tire replacement. The repairs have always been fairly priced, no obvious sales pitches or mark ups, and with very good customer service and workmanship. Check them out for an honest mechanic!
