        When my import broke down, I quickly realized that no shop in the area would work on it because their distributors dont have parts available. Desperate and need of help I called and Grand and Cicero auto service for help. They offered solutions, searched for parts and ultimately fixed the car. I thought I was gonna be out of luck and junk the car. Thank goodness I found this shop. Got me rolling again. They were honest and through. Didnt just hang up on me with no direction of what to do or where to go. They also provided an in depth report of the vehicles condition and problems with pictures and videos. Cant find this kind of professionalism just anywhere. Thanks guys.
