        I've been coming to Grand for almost a decade, and I will not go anywhere else for my Audi and Subaru. This is by far the most competent and honest independent auto shop in the Chicagoland. They go above and beyond what's required and always are transparent with their communications. There are absolutely no surprises. And it's amazing how well my cars drive after a little TLC from Grand Auto. They have a customer for life.

        Really bad mechanics, I took my car in urgently because it had a coolant leak and they delivered the car to me in bad condition, they broke my air filter and to fix it they put screws in it, a really dirty job for being mechanics from a highly prestigious workshop From that moment on I am on foot and my car is stopped (in the photo you can see the screws on the air filter)
