Thank you to the technicians that were able to change my battery this morning! Mercedes was amazing & able to remove my old corroded battery & install the new one! Polite, professional & efficient! Thank you so much for your help this morning!

So I just recently bought a car battery and new led head lights. A short white skinny lady with black hair told me that they don't put in led headlights when you purchase them from the store. So she had to ask around and got herself into trouble for poor customer service. Then I asked her if they can put in the battery and the head lights. She said yes they can, after the headlights were put in she told me that she would come back once the left side led light was put in it by me. Waited almost 2 hours for her to come back to put the battery in. As she helped out another customer with a car battery and finished with the other customer, she began to walk back in the store, I said oh thanks for the help but what about the battery. As she continues with her attitude" Oh well you only said for the lights not the battery." When I told her I wanted both to get done. That's why I gave the one star for poor customer service from the one lady that didn't want to do her job. But thankfully Angel T helped me out and gave me amazing customer service so I appreciate him for helping me with my vehicle. Angel deserves 5 stars. On top of that I had to spend $400 on repairs for my car to run again

Ricardo was very VERY helpful but a woman by the name of Rosa got an attitude when asked to honor a sale price that was misunderstood on the part of the store. She continued to go back and forth with me when I asked if she would honor the price since the *select* was in fine print. I did not see it and did not have my glasses and cannot see.

This store is great I always find what I am looking for and if I can't find it the staff is always on hand to help. I usually do online and store pickup and the items are always ready fast. As an update this store is still amazing.
