        I bought a battery in November 2023. It turned out that two days ago the battery did not have any more energy. I went to change it because it still had a warranty. The curious thing was that the boy told me that they did not change it only when you buy it again. Not when there is an exchange due to warranty, that upset me since I didn't know how to remove it and I didn't have any tools to do so and the service was very bad.

        Yesterday afternoon I went with my sister to buy a battery for the car. We were served by a very polite and professional young man, but then one of his colleagues arrived. He was angry because the boy was serving us. I demanded that he not serve us. We were so surprised. Because he treated us like that and didn't allow us to be served, he is an offensive and rude racist. To this day, we wonder why this other employee of this store behaved like that.
